CRISPY & SPRINGY Thai Prawn Cake!!

Thai Prawn cake
Ingredients:
400g prawn (without shell)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 nos egg white
2.5 tsp corn flour

Method:
1.Cut prawn meat into small pieces. Flip over kitchen knife and use the the other side of the knife to chop prawn meat until become smooth paste.

2. Transfer into a bowl , add all the rest ingredients and mix well. Scoop up all the paste with one one and throw it back into bowl for around 15 minutes. The paste will turn sticky.

3.Divide the paste into about 12-15 portion (30g-40g each portion), roll them into bread crump and slightly flatten。

4.Deep fry the patties until golden brown, drain on paper towel.

5.Serve with Thai sweet chilli sauce,yummy!
