Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, a well loved appetizer for all !
Thai Moon Prawn cake
20pcs Dumpling skin/8 pcs spring roll skin
220g prawn meat (chopped)
ingredients (a)
1/2 nos egg white
2 nos chopped red chilies
2 cloves chopped garlic
1tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp fish sauce
1tsp sugar
few drops sesame oil
some white pepper powder

Methods:
1.Wipe prawns with kitchen towel to dry well , chop finely.

2.Combine chopped prawns and all the ingredients (a), mix well till mixture is starchy.

3.Spread prawn mixture onto dumpling skin, cover with another piece of dumpling skin, press lightly. Poke both sides.

4.Deep Fried the moon shaped prawn cakes over medium heat till crispy and golden.

5.Cut into wedges and serve with chili sauce.
