How to make Pineapple Tart Filling !! *Stay tuned for our next week’s video on how to make the rest of the pineapple tart!

Pineapple tart filling/jam
ingredients:
3 pineapple
360g sugar
1 star anise
1/2 pc lemon juice

 

Method:
1.Remove pineapple skin and cut off 'eyes' of the pineapple using a sharp knife.

2.Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Put the pineapple into food processor and Blend the pineapple until fine.

3.Place the blended pineapple & star anise into wok ,cook over maximun heat till 80% dry .Pour in sugar and stir till melted, continue stirring once in a while until almost dry ,add in lemon juice.

4.with medium heat , Stirring the pineapple puree from time to time until the colour turn to light brown. Turn low heat and continue cook the pineapple until it become thick and golden brown in colour. and its done!
