SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS! Chicken Meatball with Cheesy Pumpkin Sauce

Ingredients :

Chicken meatballs

500gm chicken minced meat
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon parsley coarse
3/4 teapoon salt
4 slices garlic (chopped)
3 pc shallots (chopped)

Cheesy pumpkin sauce

150gm pumpkin
3 tablespoons of milk
70 gm cream cheese
2 slices cheddar cheese

 

Preparation :
1. Chop the pumpkin into small pieces.

2. Put the pumpkin in a bowl and steam the pumpkin until it is cooked and has soft texture.

3. While waiting for pumpkin to cook, prepare the minced meat and marinate with garlic, shallots, black pepper, parsley and salt. Stir the mixture well until everything is even.

5. Roll the marinated minced meat into a shape of ball ( Size depending on your preference).

6. Preheat your pan and butter and fry the meatballs with medium heat. Only fry the top and bottom surface slightly.

7. Then bake the meatballs in a preheat oven for 20 minutes at 180' celcius.

8. Mash the steamed pumpkin . Preheat the pan and pour cream cheese, milk and the mashed pumpkin and cook it with slow heat while stirring the mixture, add two cheddar cheese halfway and continue stirring until desired texture.
