Ingredients

Spring Roll Fillings :
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
2 cloves Chopped Garlic
2 Tbsp Pounded Dried Shrimp
1 Carrot (Julienne)
1 Yam Bean ( Small Sized , Julienne)
100g Bean Sprout
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste

Wheat Flour Solution :
1 Tbsp Wheat Flour
1 Tbsp Water

Spring Roll Skin

Chili Gravy :
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
2 Shallots (Pounded)
2 cloves Garlic (Pounded)
2 Tbsp Chilli Paste
3 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Fry all the ingredients from Spring roll fillings, and keep it aside.

2. Mix the Wheat flour and water together, and keep it aside.

3. Put the spring roll fillings on spring roll skin and roll it as shown. Seal the spring roll with wheat flour solution.

4. Deep fry all the spring roll and keep it aside.

5. Preheat frying pan and fry all the items from Chili Gravy. Make sure fry the chilli until oil separates.

6. Pour in vinegar , sugar and salt,stir well .Once gravy thickens, put in all the spring rolls and fry until gravy evenly covers the spring roll.
